More to Love

1. Service Description

This agreement is made between the client (“You”) and More to Love, a relationship clarity and matchmaking service. Services may include:

A 60-minute dating clarity session (via Zoom or in person)
A profile audit and entry into our matchmaking database
Potential introductions to compatible matches (not guaranteed)

2. Scope of Services

You understand and agree that:

This service is not therapy or counseling.
Matches are introduced based on compatibility, values, and availability.
There is no guarantee of a romantic match or outcome.
Any insights or suggestions are based on the coach’s personal and professional experience.
Additional services may require separate agreements or fees.

3. Consent to Collect & Share Information

By signing this agreement, you consent to:

The collection and use of your personal data, including preferences and photos
Your summarized or anonymized profile being shared with potential matches
Being contacted via email or phone regarding matchmaking and relationship support services

We handle your personal information with care and confidentiality and will not share it outside of these services without your consent.

4. Confidentiality

All information shared with More to Love will remain confidential. Matches will also be asked to treat your information respectfully and privately.

5. Payment & Refund Policy

Where applicable:

Full payment is required before services begin
Payments are non-refundable once a dating clarity session has taken place
Refund requests before the session must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of payment

6. Code of Conduct

You agree to:

Be truthful and respectful with all communications
Not misrepresent your identity, relationship status, or intentions
Take personal responsibility for your dating decisions and outcomes

More to Love reserves the right to discontinue services if any part of this agreement is violated.

7. Media and Testimonial Consent

If applicable, you may indicate your preferences during onboarding or via written email. We will never share your photo or testimonial without your explicit permission.

8. Limitation of Liability & Risk Acknowledgment

You understand and acknowledge that matchmaking and dating involve inherent personal and emotional risks. While More to Love aims to provide thoughtful and compatible introductions, we do not guarantee any romantic outcome, emotional satisfaction, or long-term success from any match made through our services.

By participating, you agree that:

You are solely responsible for your interactions, communications, and decisions with any match or contact introduced through our services
More to Love, its owners, team members, and affiliates are not liable for any emotional distress, harm, dissatisfaction, or damages that may result from your involvement in the matchmaking process.
You release and hold harmless More to Love from any claims, demands, or liability arising out of your participation in this service, including but not limited to emotional, physical, or psychological outcomes.

You participate in the matchmaking and relationship clarity services voluntarily and at your own discretion.

9. Agreement

By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Client Agreement & Consent Form.
